Volunteer
Volunteers should arrive one hour before show time. Each volunteer will wear a red Volunteer name tag, and those working in concessions will wear red aprons. Volunteers are invited to watch the show after they’ve completed duties after intermission.
Box Office
Sell tickets and manage will-call desk at each show, check TicketLeap & Subscriber information for reservations, count number of seats sold per night.
Ushers
Collect tickets at door, hand out programs, assist guests with special seating needs.
Concessions
Make popcorn and coffee, stock supplies and sell food and drink; clean up.
Host
Record audience numbers, count concession and ticket sales money; supervise closing procedures.
