Program Description:
Dr. Jon Taylor entertains audiences from 30 to 30,000 people or more with a clean and fun hypnosis show
that is high energy and upscale. Volunteers from the audience become the stars of the show and everyone
ends up rolling in the aisles with laughter!
A certified hypnotist, hypnotherapist, and minister, Dr. Jon makes people laugh without compromising
anyone's dignity. In fact, the volunteers leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the world. Everyone
laughs and everyone has a great time.
Comedy Hypnosis is one of Dr. Jon M. Taylor's greatest passions, but
it came after a journey of amazing achievements that has made him
not only a compassionate speaker and teacher, but also someone
who can create a fun, safe atmosphere where everyone feels valued.
"I love entertaining and love to laugh. Just good, clean fun ...
laughing till your bones hurt and everyone leaves with a lifetime
of sidesplitting memories. To me 'humor' is an action word and
has proven to be the greatest medicine on the planet."
Jon caught the entertainment bug early, and jumped at the
chance to be on stage. He was cast as "Zidel" in Fiddler on the Roof
at Clifton Community Theater; "Old Judd" in Oklahoma at West
Texas State University; "Nicholas" in Princes Alice at Texas Wesleyan University and as a
horseman and flag rider in the musical Texas in Palo Dura Canyon, Texas.
Dr. Jon served 24 years as an ordained Christian minister and served thousands of people in large and
small congregations. Through his ministry he gained a significant amount of pastoral care and counseling
experience. Part of his journey led him to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa, with medical
missionaries, where he is currently an adjunct president of North Katanga University.
Dr. Jon's desire to help people of all walks of life release themselves from "habits, hurts, and hang-ups"
brought him to the field of hypnotherapy, and he now practices as a certified hypnotherapist at Taylor
Hypnosis. His joy as seeing people laugh and embrace the amazing power of the human mind led him to
create Dr. Jon's Comedy Hypnosis.
